I've been involved with digital media since the mid-1990s, when I led the team that developed a large corporation's first website, in spite of my boss's view that the Internet was a fad. Since then I've worked with numerous clients to advise them on website development or redevelopment.

I have observed that average businesses and users can be overwhelmed with how to use social media, so I'm developing a new business stream as a social media coach, helping individuals build online profiles/content that will help them realize their business goals.
